Intermodal Crane set for MSTS

An original model created with Abacus Trainsim Modeler.

                    >>>Freeware<<<

This is a static crane for loading and unloading containers from your trains. This is modeled after some photographs of a Hupac crane (although not very closely). The measurements and dimensions were taken from the photographs as best I could. The rails (upon which the crane moves) are loaded a seperate parts so that you can better adjust your crane to your particular track.

Also included are 3 flatbed tractor-trailers in different colors (one has a container already loaded. These are sort of "tossed together", and don't seem to be in good scale - but they look sorta OK.

This file includes all of my original files, including the TSM
project files, .tga files, .ace files, and shape files. All parts
were created by me, although I used parts of the textures from the US2Lumbertruck in the MSTS default texture files.

I am releasing this as Freeware in the hopes that it will
entice others to learn about TSM, create their own models, and share
them with others in turn. You may use or modify this model as you see
fit -- although I hope you will not distribute it as part of any
commercial product.

If you don't have TSM, then simply unzip this file to your chosen route (you won't need the "Extras" folder which contains the targa and project files). The file "IMSet.ref" contains the .ref file entries for these objects, and should be copied and pasted onto the end of your routes .ref file. Objects should then show up in the route editor under the "TSModeler" heading.

I'm hoping that some wizards out there will modify this to their hearts content, and in turn - upload their versions/modifications/improvements so that we can all benefit from this enjoyable hobby.

I am not to be held responsible for any damage this file may cause to your computer, software, or anything else (although it should work just fine).

Happy Railroading!
